Programme teams need tools more than they need another deck of principles. The Transformation Kit is the working set I bring to the engagements I run myself — ledger templates, governance designs, executive readouts, stage-gate checklists, cultural-weather-report frameworks — made generic enough to be useful, specific enough to be used.
Every artefact has been used in at least three live programmes and revised after each. Nothing here is theoretical. When something stops working, it gets updated and you receive the new version automatically.
The kit is deliberately unbranded. Rename anything. Edit anything. Cut things you do not need. The intent is that by month three your team has forgotten the kit existed and is simply doing the work.
